URGC DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY PUBLIC DONATIONS, WE ARE A VOLUNTARY GROUP
1. If you suspect any individual or organisation claiming falsely to be part of the URGC, ask to see their ID and compare their image and name to the URGC Website under URGC Ambassadors or URGC Goodwill Ambassadors, if you cannot see them on the website, then they are not registered as URGC Ambassadors, this means, they are not part, or no longer part of the URGC.
2. No URGC Ambassador or Goodwill Ambassador is allowed to ask for any money or any other form of remuneration or benefits for applying their assistance as honorable volunteers of the URGC.
3. Any services offered by any registered URGC member that fall outside the aims of URGC must be reported to the URGC and the authorities.
4. If any individual or organisation acting as a URGC Charity asks for donations, ask to see their charity status and license and compare to the URGC website, if they are not on the URGC website as a registered URGC charity, they are not part of the URGC, and should be reported.
5. Any individual or organisation offering services as part of the URGC which is outside the aims of URGC, is not acting as part of the URGC and should be reported.
6. Any individual or organisation offering their services as part of URGC and offer contracts or proposals that involve money or other form of benefits, this needs to be reported.
7. Any URGC member offering to nominate another for the title of URGC Ambassador or URGC Goodwill Ambassador for cash or membership fee or other form of fee, is not allowed by the URGC and should be reported.
8. Any suspicious actions, false claims or dealings by any individual or organisation claiming to be part of the URGC or acting on behalf of the URGC, please report them.

Public Notice 1: URGC is not connected to any Government, political party, nor is it a Government Agency, UN Agency or European Commission Agency or connected to any Religious body or organization other than its founder. Any mention of such Agencies in this website is only in reference to our lobbying and mission.
Public Notice 2: URGC does not sell any product or membership or service to the public or any organization, nor requests any public or corporate donations, URGC has no facility to receive public money/funds, so please do not offer funding or donation to URGC. If you wish to make donations please do so directly to the UN aid agencies, Red Cross or other reputable aid charities of your own free choice.
Public Notice 3: URGC is a neutral organisation without borders, made up of international honorable volunteers who apply their own time, views, consultation, and actions to help reduce human suffering and help aid humanity via the actions and ability of each individual URGC Ambassador and URGC Goodwill Ambassador.
Public Notice 4: The URGC website is operated and administered by the Vassili Group and URGC Volunteers, who act within their own time and without pay for the greater good of humanity.
