Climate changers have caused much socio-economic displacement whereby millions of people voluntarily make themselves into refuges and they most often do this because the climate where they farm and live has changed dramatically often to the degree that their are no longer sustainable water supply for drinking and sanitation nor for irrigation/farming, making it impossible for people to support and live.
Such people find that the only way they can increase their life chances is to voluntarily migrate becoming displaced/refugees.

Environmental damage caused by mass displacement leads to many issues such as shortage of clean water, sanitation issues, pollution, ecological damage, lack or no mains electricity supply, camp fires pollution, diesel generator pollution and the list can go on.
In all such displacement issues, green solutions are required, green solutions that are sustainable, quick to install and provide green power even whilst development stage is Solar/PV and Wind Turbines.
