It may be argued that world Governments are also limited to what they can offer in respect to financial support to the UN, which such arguments are often presented in facts and figures and statistics etc, nevertheless, the reality is that Governments can offer more support to the UN if they truly wanted to, after all if one of the worlds most powerful presidents can admit to this then why cant our modern day Government leaders do the same.
