DOES ANY GOVERNMENT OR THE UN HAVE THE FUNDS TO RESOLVE SUCH A CRISIS? THE ANSWER IS NO


SO WHAT HAPPENS TO THESE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF PEOPLE?

SOME ARE HELPED BY UN, GOVERNMENTS & OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS,  
THE VAST MAJORITY WILL RECEIVE NO ASSISTANCE
WHY CANT UN & GOVERNMENTS DO MORE?
  • Governments are bound to budgets which are most often determined by debt
  • UN can only act upon donations it receives from the public, European Union & other Governments which funding is again determined by overall debt. 


LETS LOOK AT GOVERNMENT  DEBT CANCELLATION
  • When a central bank buys the Government debt, it is the same thing as cancelling the debt
  • The government pays interest on its bonds to the central bank and then the central bank returns to the government the profits it earns through the interest income. That means the bonds have, in effect, been cancelled.
  • Technically the debt is suspended, regardless of whether it is permanently suspended or actually cancelled, this reality of Trillions of Dollars has great implications 
  • Governments have much less debt than generally understood which means they could spend more which can end the economic global crisis and the suffering of over 200 million displaced people globally
  • For example - when the Fed makes a profit it gives it to the Government, the Fed has given since 2008 to the US Government $500 billion
  • Extending the Example - Fed gave the government 2005 $21.5 billion, 2006 $29.1 b, 2007 $34.6 b, 2008 $31.7 b, 2009 $47.4 b, 20120 $79.3 b, 2011 $75.4 b, 2012 $88.4 b, 2013 $79.6 b, 2014 $98.7 b, The Government pays the Fed and the Fed repays the Government
  • How does this work - The Fed creates money and buys Government Bonds, the US Treasury Department pays interest on those bonds to the Fed
  • Despite knowing the above why haven't  governments debt been cancelled? what has been done regarding government self applied debt forgiveness or accepting external sovereign debt forgiveness from external organisations? 
  • There is a great deal of talk regarding debt forgiveness, mostly aimed at student loan forgiveness and partial debt forgiveness to third world countries, so what is the reason or excuse for total self debt forgiveness and total debt forgiveness to countries who have been loaned money by another country, especially when the above example is factual?
  • We know of no government to date that has accepted or applied total debt forgiveness, despite the ability to do so
  • There are organisations in this world who's aim is to help debt ridden countries via Debt Forgiveness, these are sovereign debt forgiveness agencies, but governments are reluctant to accept and the logical reason for this, is the above. 
  • Applying debt forgiveness will leave governments free from debt which leaves governments liable and obligated to resolve the 200 million displaced people and humanitarian crises which will require governments to pay  in excess of $8 Trillion to resolve and twice that figure to apply infrastructure to support such a volume of 200 million population
  • We do not believe any government will apply self debt forgiveness nor accept sovereign debt forgiveness aid.   
  • So, if it is not within the governments interest to apply total self debt forgiveness or accept sovereign debt forgiveness aid, then what will such sovereign debt forgiveness organizations funds be used for?  are they to float about increasing in value but never being applied to the purposes they were created for, or will sovereign debt forgiveness organizations realize that governments do not want their debt forgiveness aid and instead, take a moral and ethical stance and apply it instead to the directions governments should apply it if they received it? URGC feels it is a moral obligation for sovereign debt forgiveness organizations to act in helping resolve the 200 million displaced people

$6 billion - Hospitals  
$4 billion - Sports Facilities 
$4 billion - Hydroponic Food Development (Creating Sustainable Food Supply & industries) 
$2 billion - Agriculture 
$200 million - Business Development Grants to Help create New Industries
$9 billion - Infrastructure of Green Energy Supply 
$2 billion - Infrastructure of Desalination Plants (creating Clean Drinking Water & Water For Irrigation) - $2 billion 
$1 billion - Industrial Parks 
$1 billion - vocational training centers
$3 billion - Universities  
Total $85.2 billion 

  • Although governments have the ability to apply self debt forgiveness, it is unlikely due to the above example
  • External agencies willingness to offer and apply debt forgiveness to governments, are not accepted by governments from external debt forgiveness agencies, mainly due to the above example 
  • Debt forgiveness is to cancel debt, a debt must exist to allow the debt forgiveness to be applied, but what is the definition of debt? Debt is a liability or obligation to pay or render something, the very definition of debt is ''obligation'',  obligation sits on a foundation of morality and humanity, it is an obligation we all are obligated to as human beings, where there are 200 million human beings who are homeless, displaced, stateless, living with no sanitation, lack or no food or water, no education or health services, no human rights, many fall victims to crime, with no government assistance, then this becomes our obligation as human beings, governments, corporations, debt forgiveness agencies, this is all our obligation and debt to humanity, which must be paid. 
  • If money is not prioritized to such issues, then money renders itself worthless as well as the actions of those who act as debt forgiveness agencies
  • All of humankind, all governments, all debt forgiveness agencies have a debt which all governments and nations have played part in its creation of 200 million displaced people, a debt all governments are obligated to repay, a debt that can be repaid through debt forgiveness via an  independent not for profit non governmental organization being the URGC 
  • We call upon external agencies offering debt forgiveness to governments, governments who are unlikely to accept debt forgiveness from external debt forgiveness agencies, to instead apply debt forgiveness grants to the URGC where we can remove the life threatening debt of humanity created by governments.
